CBBC recently organised two high-level functions for Barratt Homes, at the Ambassador's residence in Beijing and the British Centre Shanghai, to mark the opening of Barratt's China offices in Shanghai and the occasion of the "Investing in London" Forum attended by a host of distinguished panellists invited by CBBC.

Investment in the London property market was the major theme of the events. Barratt's move into Shanghai and the high-level interest in the forum are the latest examples of China's pull for British property developers seeking to provide localised services for Chinese property investors.
