Although economic growth is slowing down, the demand for talent in China keeps growing. Companies are constantly competing for the best talent in the market. In particular competition is fierce to attract Gen Y's, the next generation of senior leaders. These savvy and highly sought-after young leaders are forcing companies to pay more attention to how they communicate who they are, because they want to work with companies that share their vision and values. Companies are constantly reviewing their employer branding strategies in this fast-paced market.

The British Chamber's HR & Training and Marcoms forums are pleased to invite you to a panel discussion on 'Employer Branding for Gen Y' to offer some insights from experts on the topic and discuss what is working and what’s not. Our panel includes Vicky Cai, director of employee branding and corporate branding for the taxi provider Di Di Chu Xing, Cindy Jensen, consultant for Boldmoves China and author of recently published research on the characteristics of Gen Y and others in China, as well as a representative of PwC. Panel presentations will be followed by a Q&A discussion, so come along with your questions prepared! Members and non-members are welcome.

This event will be followed directly by an inter-chamber networking event in the same venue, so come prepared for an afternoon and evening of great connecting!
