This major international food and drink trade fair is to be held in September 2013 in the rapidly growing Guangdong province of China.  It provides an opportunity for UK Food & Beverage companies to make business connections and get "on the ground" experience in the Pearl River Delta - the fastest growing province in China with GDP growth of 8.2% per annum and a total GDP of a staggering £571 billion. Over 350 exhibitors, including 250 from around the world, and more than 4000 professional buyers are expected to participate.

Why Attend?
  • With a growth of 55%, China is the high growth market for UK food and non-alcoholic drinks in 2011, breaking into the top 20 for the first time.
  • With the average GDP increase rate to be about 10% for more than 10 years, Chinese people’s standard of living is raising which feeds the appetites for imported products.
  • The outbreak of a series of food safety scandals in China creates opportunities for foreign products which is generally trusted as good quality and safe.
  • Business matching services with potential importers and retailers – Very Important Buyer (VIB) Programme and On-line matching platform will be available to participants.
