Jimmy Law, Senior Consultant, HR & Legal - DHgate
Jimmy Law is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of human resource management experience in the fields of Information Technology and Hospitality.  
He holds an EMBA diploma in Management from INSEAD (1999), a Master's diploma in Human Resource Management from the Psychology School of Beijing Normal University (2004), and an EMBA diploma in Human Resources Management from Tsinghua University (2006). 
During his career he has engaged in senior HR leadership roles as HR Director at Gloria Plaza Hotels, Compaq, Anritsu, BEA and VMware, working in partnership with business leaders of both operations and R&D. He is currently the Sr. Consultant, HR & Legal at DHgate, an innovative B2B e-platform that is growing in the market.   
Sally Li, Learning & Development Manager - DHgate
Sally Li graduated from UESTC (University of Electronic Science and Technology) in 2005. She has worked for Huawei Technologies Co Ltd and Cheetah Mobile and is currently with DHgate as Learning & Development Manager. She has rich experience in the field of talent development, including the talent learning roadmap, action learning practice, e-learning construction and leadership development.
Bill Ning, Partner - Future Works Fund
Bill is a Partner of Future Works Fund, an angel fund focusing on EdTech startups around China. He has talked with most of the recent Chinese EdTech entrepreneurs and has unique insights into the development of the Chinese EdTech industry. His article "7 Insights of Education Unicorns" raised great attention and media coverage.
Bill has been working in the education industry for over 12 years. Before Future Works Fund, he worked in TAL Education (NYSE: XRS, holder of the famous brand XueErSi) as the creator of the kids' education brand MOBBY and English training brand for K-12 students LEJIALE. His education career started in New Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU)  as a TOEFL teacher and teacher trainer. Bill acquired a Bachelor of Science degree from Peking University. He loves travel, movie, reading and badminton.
Tracy Driscoll, Senior Consultant and Head of Coaching - Mindset Matters Group
Tracy is a professional coach and consultant with over 18 years of experience managing and developing people in China. Tracy’s professional experience has been in leadership and career development, executive coaching, marketing and communications, and recruiting. Her passion is helping people and companies to reach their highest potential. Tracy’s style is collaborative; she has a unique ability to connect with and understand the needs of individuals, teams and organisations and to empower them towards finding their own solutions using a range of techniques.
Her speciality is coaching and she leads the coaching practice for Mindset Matters Group with a team of 30 coaches in China. Mindset Matters Group are thought leaders in adult learning and organization transformation. We know how to pragmatically link mindsets and behaviours to organisational results. We have deep expertise in building high performing people and organisations.
