Following the success of our previous events in China in 2015 and 2016, the GW4 consortium of the Universities of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter are pleased to announce the dates of our 2017 events, which we hope you will be keen to attend. This event is held for the first time in Shenzhen.
We expect to attract approximately 600-800 students (mostly final year) and recent graduates of our 4 top-tier UK universities to this event. These high calibre students and graduates will have benefited highly from their education in the UK, and will bring a wide variety of skills and experiences to your organisation, as well as excellent English language skills.
Registration for employers:
We anticipate a high demand from employers this year as we continue to extend our offer, and are excited to be running our first event in Shenzhen. The event continues to be run as a not-for-profit event but there is a small registration fee of £150 (1,300 CNY) + VAT each for both the Shanghai and Shenzhen fairs (discounted from £175 (1,500 CNY) as an introductory offer. Please note: this year our Chinese partner will handle payment so that you can be provided with an official Chinese Fapiao receipt.
Bookings will be secured on a first-come-first served basis, and are limited to 25-30 employers at each event to ensure maximum exposure. To ensure you receive priority booking information for these events, please register your interest in attending at:

Registration for students and alumni:
This event is free of charge to students and alumni within three years’ of graduation from the GW4 universities. Registration and confirmation are required. Please note that students and alumni without registration and confirmation will not be accepted into the event venue. Please register at:

About the Fair
GW4 China Careers Fair in Shenzhen
The GW4 Careers Fair in Shenzhen will be held from 1 pm to 6 pm on Thursday 14th September at the following venue in Shenzhen:

Employers will be invited to promote their job and internship opportunities at the Fair. Space is limited to 30 employers, who will each be allocated a small table and space to accommodate a small pop‐up exhibition stand. Set-up will be from 1 pm, and the event will be open to students and alumni from 1.30-3.30 pm and 4-6 pm.
