If there is one challenge that businesses operating in China raise repeatedly it is the attraction and retention of talent. In this supremely competitive market, how does a company’s brand and reputation affect those conditions? How are companies of different sizes, from different industries, and with different levels of brand awareness successfully marketing themselves both internally and externally? What is the difference between “employer branding” and “recruitment marketing” and why does it matter?

European Union Chamber of Commerce in China together with the American Chamber of Commerce in the People's Republic of China are pleased to jointly present a panel discussion on employer branding and recruitment marketing, moderated by Jim Leinenger, Beijing practice leader of talent management consultancy Towers-Watson, and featuring:

Mark Baldwin, Managing Director, Oxus China (bio)
Lee Liu, Regional HR Manager, Baidu (bio)
Matthew Bruno, Managing Director, ReSource Pro China (bio)
Craig Adams, Regional Marketing Director, Burson-Marsteller China & Asia Pacific (bio)
This panel will share case studies and insight of value to human resources, recruitment marketing and PR professionals.
