For the past decade, China has driven the increasing demand for international schools, viewing them as a secure track to an overseas education. Interest from these international students in attending the UK’s world-class universities has also been growing at a steady rate. With the second largest share of the global market, behind only the US, the UK is a premier destination for qualified international students to build on their academic and life success.
Joining our event is an experienced panel of university counselors from the most prestigious international schools in Beijing, who will discuss the current patterns and trends in UK university admissions. Learn from these professionals about the competitive market of international student recruitment, the implications it has for their opportunities, and avenues for development and success. Our guest speaker, Jiang Jingjing of UK Visas & Immigration, will also provide an update on student visas, describing the latest trends, covering:
  • Tier 4 application process and document requirements
  • Changes to the visa application process
  • Services available to students
  • Q&A – questions/feedback
