2017年10月12日，由英国国际贸易部、英国赛车节主办方联合主办，英中贸易协会、易思闻思公关、AceGear 尚隐联合承办的“中英汽车文化与产业论坛”在北京四季酒店隆重举行。这是在国内举办的第一届关于汽车文化与赛车行业的国际商务论坛
On October 12th, 2017, the first China-Britain Motorsport Conference was successfully held at The Four Seasons Hotels in Beijing. The event was hosted by Department for International Trade, the British Motorsport Festival, jointly organised by China-Britain Business Council and EASTWEST PR. This is the first international business conference on motorsport culture and motorsport industry in China.
本次产业论坛吸引了中英两国汽车及赛车行业内优秀企业代表及行业专家参与，他们各抒己见、深切交流，在赛道运营、赛事组织、赛队管理、赛手培训等多个领域进行交流学习，用中英两国的市场经验相互启发，共同携手寻求机遇。此外，论坛着眼新能源汽车及赛事的发展，并在体育投资，文化创意等方面也进行了讨论。
The conference attracted outstanding representatives from the UK and China from enterprises and industry experts in the auto and motorsport industries. The event was a great opportunity to exchanged insights on track operation, event organisation, team management and driver training. The conference was also intended to inspire attendees with market experiences in both China and the UK and help the two countries to seek opportunities for work together. The development of new energy vehicles, investment in sports, cultural creativity, among other hot topics, were discussed at the conference.
英国大使馆国际贸易部文化创意和产业（中国区）主管Sam Raff、中国汽车摩托车运动联合会副秘书长张涛应邀致开场辞，他们分别介绍了中、英两国赛车产业的发展情况，并将其中存在的合作机遇向大家娓娓道来。
Sam Raff, First Secretary of Creative Industries and Sports from the Department for International Trade, and Zhang Tao, Deputy Secretary General Director of the Secretariat was invited to give the opening remarks. They introduced the topic of the development of motorsport industry in the UK and China respectively and explored potential opportunities for cooperation.
随后，与会嘉宾从赛车运动对经济的深刻影响、赛车设施/赛事/车队成长、赛道内外的成功运营之道，以及汽车文化与产业相关发展等多个维度，分别进行了精彩演讲，在各自领域对汽车文化与产业做出了精彩剖析。
Other representatives shared their expertise in motorsport’s profound impact on the economy, successful business models, racing facilities/events/team growth, successful business models and auto culture and industry.
本次中英汽车文化与产业论坛中，如何推进汽车运动社群、赛事以及商业发展这一议题引发在场嘉宾们的热烈讨论，其中银石赛道Chris Zachar、北安普顿大学副主任Adrian Pryce、上汽大众333车队赛车手张臻东、英诺天使基金管理合伙人王雪梅、AceGear尚隐主编王加助分别从赛车文化养成、与本土文化的结合等多方面进行了详细讨论。
During the conference, the issue of how to promote the motorsports community, events and commercial development sparked a heated discussion. Chris Zachar from Silverstone Circuit, Adrian Pryce, Deputy Director of Bei’an University of Northampton, Zhang Zhendong, Driver from Volkswagen Team 333, Wang Xuemei, partner of Innoangel Fund, Wang Jiazhu, chief editor of AceGear, expounded the cultivation of motorsports culture and the combination of local culture and other related issues.
此次论坛是中英两国汽车文化及赛车行业内举办的第一届国际商务论坛，它的成功举办不仅为即将在明天春天举行的第三届英国赛车节打下坚实基础，同时也进一步加强了中英两国汽车文化和赛车运动深切交流，推动了汽车文化在国内的发展，并且创造了良好商机。
This conference was the first international business conference on UK-China auto culture and the motorsport industry. Its success has not only laid a solid foundation for the upcoming Third British Racing Festival to be held in the spring of 2018, but has also strengthened the connections in motorsport culture and motor racing between China and the UK, while creating a sound business climate for China’s future auto culture.
