ASDAN Introduction: ASDAN (www.asdan.org.uk) is an awarding body origin from the UK. It develops skill-based curriculum for students worldwide to develop their key skills, such as teamwork, presentation, discussion, problem-solving etc. Some of the core programs help students to gain UCAS points when they apply for the universities in the UK. ASDAN China (www.seedasdan.org), founded in 2011 in Beijing, is one of the biggest branches of ASDAN. It has established partnership with 350+ schools and offer programs and curriculums to more than 40,000 students yearly. Our programs cover a wide range of subjects such as business and economics, science and math, expressive arts and design, leadership, public speaking and so on. Most of the programs that ASDAN China offers are organised in partnership with prestigious international institutions and organizations around the world.
Job Description:
Working directly with the CEO of ASDAN China to research, negotiate and develop partnerships with international organizations whose missions align with ASDAN and offer new programs fitting our long term strategy;
Participating and presenting at ASDAN China events such as Business Simulation;
Leading international trips in UK, US or Europe during summer and winter school break time;
Helping to coach students on their skill portfolio;

Benefit package and additional information:
First-year annual package: 120K-150K (estimated depending on performance) including monthly salary, half yearly performance bonus, housing and visa allowance, medical allowance etc.;
The annual package is expected to increase around 30% for the 2nd year;
Probationary time is half year, with guaranteed minimum package of 50K for the half year, can be higher with better business development outcomes;
Travel insurance in China;
Full-time 9am-6pm (1-hour lunch break);
2 days off per week (not always Sat/Sun);
Visa support;
Housing allowance 1000RMB or stay in a company dorm;
Travel costs for business trips will be completely covered.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Excellent English writing skills;
British native with deep understanding of British education system (preferred to have candidates finishing secondary school and universities in the UK);
Proactive and with good communication skills;
Open to work with people of different cultures (understanding of Chinese working culture would be a plus);
Starting date: Job starts in August 2018. Early start in June/July can be also considered.
Duration: To ensure the learning path of the candidates and business outcomes, we would prefer to have candidates for at least 1 year.
