Atlas Education is a Beijing-based education organisation with a number of exciting projects, which embody project-based learning and enterprise education. These projects include an innovative tutorial college, an enterprise education programme in twenty-one public schools, a bilingual literary journal for teenagers from all over China, an environmental science program and an annual enterprise and entrepreneurship summercourse at Cambridge University. Make use of your own wide-ranging interests and linguistic expertise to create completely original bespoke classes and challenges for students, based on their own curiosity-driven questions?

Cross-Curricular Consultant Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and assess bespoke one-to-one and small group classes to students K-13
Provide exam support for international schools admissions tests and public examinations
Collaboratively plan, team-teach and assess at least 3 x 5-week project-based learning class projects over the course of the academic year
Lead 1-2 weekly Enrichment activities per year
Contribute to PE and specialist enterprise days, workshops, projects and activities throughout the year
Support Behavior For Learning systems consistently within the Learning center, and contribute to their continued development
Commit to ongoing training, team curriculum development and school improvement throughout the year
Work closely with Study Progress Consultants and teacher management team to provide daily feedback to parents and ensure students are fully supported
Position Requirements
Must Have:
A PGCE, CELTA, DELTA or equivalent teaching qualification
Least 2 years of relevant work experience
Qualities: Empathy, enterprise, strong desire for personal growth and passion towards developing a positive international team
Prefer:
Degree in education/psychology or relevant academic subject (math, science, English etc.)
Teaching experience in the UK, US or Australia
Some fluency in Mandarin
Experience working with Chinese students
Job Details
8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
15,000-19,000RMB per month depending on experience and qualifications
One-to-one tutoring overtime available (240RMB-330RMB per hour) depending on experience and qualifications
Full work visa (Z-Visa, if requirements are met)
