Job Objective: Responsible for nationwide business development for Kaplan’s online English Assessment product to achieve sales target
- Work with product team to define a sales/business development strategy and lead on the implementation.
- Define market knowledge for English Assessment product.
- Develop national market channels and network for Kaplan English Assessment product.
- Develop and manage customer relationships and business partnership in order to achieve sales.
- Develop and manage product introduction and client training information.
- Work with product team together to develop necessary marketing/promotion materials for Kaplan English Assessment product.
- Work with other departments of the company, manage sales and customer database for English Assessment product.
- Bachelor degree in relevant subject
- 3+ years good sales/business development/commercial/client relationship management experience of English Assessment products in China.
- Good experience and track record of working in 2B business.
- Integrity, Hard-working, acknowledge and abide the rules of compliance and the terms of contract;
- Good commercial and business acumen and judgement;
- Strong communicational skills and the ability to work with people at different levels;
- Good team player as well as the ability to work independently
- Result-driven, self-motivated and a proactive attitude to work
- Good English language skills
- Proficient in Word and PPT, Excel for basic data analysis and processing.
- Good experience of BD and sales work in school, university, and English Training sectors for English Assessment product in China.
- Established network and relationship with regional or provincial education authorities, especially English teaching authorities;
