Job Objective: Responsible for nationwide business development for Kaplan’s online English Assessment product to achieve sales target

Responsibilities:

1. Work with product team to define a sales/business development strategy and lead on the implementation.
2. Define market knowledge for English Assessment product.
3. Develop national market channels and network for Kaplan English Assessment product.
4. Develop and manage customer relationships and business partnership in order to achieve sales.
5. Develop and manage product introduction and client training information.
6. Work with product team together to develop necessary marketing/promotion materials for Kaplan English Assessment product.
7. Work with other departments of the company, manage sales and customer database for English Assessment product.

Requirements:

Essential:

1. Bachelor degree in relevant subject
2. 3+ years good sales/business development/commercial/client relationship management experience of English Assessment products in China.
3. Good experience and track record of working in 2B business.
4. Integrity, Hard-working, acknowledge and abide the rules of compliance and the terms of contract;
5. Good commercial and business acumen and judgement;
6. Strong communicational skills and the ability to work with people at different levels;
7. Good team player as well as the ability to work independently
8. Result-driven, self-motivated and a proactive attitude to work
9. Good English language skills
10. Proficient in Word and PPT, Excel for basic data analysis and processing.

Desirable

1. Good experience of BD and sales work in school, university, and English Training sectors for English Assessment product in China.
2. Established network and relationship with regional or provincial education authorities, especially English teaching authorities;
