Since graduating in BSc Sport and Exercise in 2005, Simon has worked in sport-conditioning helping athletes rehabilitate and best prepare for elite performance. Since coming to China, he has had a unique opportunity to work with some of China’s top athletes including those of the Chinese Figure Skating team. He will talk about his unique experiences and give some advice to local sportsmen and women to best prepare and recuperate themselves for sport.
