Peter Williams

Peter Williams grew up in London and studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Oxford. He made his first visits to China while still a student, leading groups of Oxbridge students who organised summer camps in Guangdong province in 2001 & 2002. He qualified as a teacher at the University of London and taught History in comprehensive schools in Oxford and London before working in the Student Recruitment and International Offices of the University of Oxford and London School of Economics where he was responsible for markets including China, South-East Asia, Middle East and Latin America. Peter moved to China in 2010 to study at Beijing Language and Culture University on a Chinese Government Scholarship, and from 2011-2014 was senior sales manager for a large education group, representing more than 20 UK & EU universities in China. He joined the China-Britain Business Council and British Chamber of Commerce in 2014.

Nicholas leads Knight Frank’s research platform across the Asia-Pacific region. His role includes co-ordinating research teams, tracking market performance and producing market commentary and reports. His special areas of interest within the field include government policy and intervention, cycle analysis, and intra-regional capital flows.  Nicholas has a large amount of international experience, dealing with a wide range of research and consultancy projects in the UK, mainland Europe, and throughout Asia-Pacific.
