Description
With in-depth advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, many Chinese companies abroad are facing a shortage of local technicians who can speak Chinese. In order to promote the communications with the participating countries in the B&R Initiative and meet the needs of the Chinese companies for international staff with vocational Chinese competence, a new training mode called “Intensive Crash Course of International Vocational Chinese” is proposed by some professors in the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Sun Yat-Sen University. This course is based on practical needs of different occupations from an international perspective. And the course standards and contents have been established.
Who can apply
Applicants must be above the age of 18.
Applicants who can speak English are preferred.
Applicants to be admitted are mainly the foreign staff of the business associations in Guangzhou and those of their member companies.
What to learn
Elementary Chinese and Business Chinese.
Term of course
6 months (from July 29th, 2017 to Jan. 29th, 2018),Weekend class.
