To meet this ‘new-world’, we must also change to keep pace with new technology and changing consumer behaviours; we all need to become modern-marketers.
Sheilen Rathod:
He joined the Ogilvy Hong Kong family in late 2011, to help look after local and regional clients, including Amex, BlackRock and Louis Vuitton.In 2013 he became Managing Director of OgilvyOne Hong Kong, leading & growing the team to be market leaders in digital and customer engagement. As the Ogilvy ‘Next Chapter’ started, Sheilen became a Managing Partner, overseeing the luxury and hospitality category and strategically leading clients as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, VW and Melco Crown in all things digital. He was instrumental in winning the Asia Miles business (Asia’s largest loyalty program) in 2016.Sheilen is currently Head of Customer Engagement & Commerce domain of Ogilvy China and VP with the Ogilvy RED team, overseeing regional growth in the strategic pillars of digital, customer experience, CRM and automation.
