About Mentors Walk in Beijing
A typical walk includes one mentor and three to five mentees. Mentees have the opportunity to seek advice from seasoned professionals who provide an open ear, honest feedback and meaningful guidance.
Our mentors come from a diverse array of backgrounds and industries including international business, international development, law, finance and banking, architecture and design, marketing, media and public relations, IT and technology, energy and the environment, non-profit and CSR, hospitality and health.
Our mentees are emerging professionals attempting to make their mark in the working world. Whether they have just started their careers or have been working for several years, mentees are looking for inspiration from mentors who have successfully navigated the business landscape in China. Mentees also include entrepreneurs who are looking for professional guidance from other enterprising women who have successfully launched their own ventures.
*Please note we are asking for a 100 RMB donation to help build a new Mentor Walks website and to support the charity Educating Girls of Rural China.
