Managing Director Rachel grew up in Hong Kong and moved to Beijing in 2008. Prior to joining the British Chamber of Commerce in China in 2019, Rachel spent two years working in retail marketing for a premium commercial property in Beijing, and did a number of internships in large MNCs in Hong Kong. Finance Manager Christine joined the British Chamber of Commerce in China in 2013 and is responsible for the Chamber’s financial operations. Christine’s previous professional experience includes working for accounting firms in both Canada and China. She holds a BAS (Hons) in Accounting from York University in Canada.

Events and Marketing Executive After studying Chinese and German in the UK and Hangzhou, Miranda previously worked for the British Council China in international education services before joining the Chamber in 2021. She has also previously worked in marketing in the education sector in China, and in the NHS in the UK. Manager, Government Affairs & Advocacy   Sally obtained her bachelor's degree in Beijing before studying for a master's program in International Public Policy in London. She returned to Beijing in 2017 and worked as a journalist and editor for two and a half years before joining the British Chamber of Commerce. Manager, Policy & Advocacy Alexandra moved to Beijing in 2017, after completing a dual bachelors degree in Law and Commerce at the University of Queensland, Australia. Policy Associate After reading Classics at Durham University, Carenza achieved the Chinese Government Scholarship to undertake a Masters Degree at Peking University. Carenza's Masters research centres around North Korea-China relations.
