Project Executive – CBBC, Hangzhou
CBBC is looking for a Hangzhou-based Project Executive/Office Assistant. The role will involve working with clients and delivering market research report, it will also involve supporting all-around office operation including accounting, human resource and administration.

The ideal candidate will be confident and energetic, with some business experience and excellent communication skills, who is keen to work on a diverse range of trade promotion activities in a well-established and growing network.

The position will report to the Office Manager of Hangzhou office.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • As a Project Executive (50%), you should be able to assist the implementation of a project or research by working with a Project Manager;

  • Analyzing market intelligence on a range of industry sectors;

收集、分析、整理行业相关的各项数据,提供最前沿的市场资讯;

  • Identifying business partners and opportunities for British businesses;

依据英国客户的需求在中国寻找合适的商业机会;

  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts;

与业界建立和保持良好的关系;

  • Providing event support and liaison in arranging trade missions and other events specifically in Zhejiang Province;

参与贸易代表团访问安排以及在浙江的相关其他各项活动支持。

  • As an Office Assistant (50%), you should be able to provide full support to the Office Manager to ensure smooth operation of the multi-functional office, co-delivering the multiple business tasks and achieving business targets ;

作为办公室助理,能够全面协助经理确保办公室的正常运作,共同完成办公室的各项工作,并完成年度目标

  • Membership service and daily support

会员单位服务支持及日常关系维护

  • In charge of all Finance work, including but not limited to receiving, payment, bookkeeping, financial statement, tax filling; Maintain a sound financial system to ensure an accurate, timely and complete all financial work.

负责办公室财务工作,包括但不限于收款、付款、记账、报表、报税等,及时准确完成各项财务工作;

  • Support the Management by making the annual and monthly budget;

提供年度、月度财务预算;

  • Interact with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other government authorities

日常联络银行、审计、税务局以及其他相关政府部门;

  • Handle monthly salary, benefit and tax calculations, and reimbursement reports

处理员工工资福利个税计算以及报销;

  • Be responsible for license registration, renewal, updates, annual plan and reporting, and follow up with concerned parties;

负责登记证书、年检、更新及年度计划与报告以及日常联络;

  • Handle all office administration work including receptionist, provide strong administrative support for other team members and their research or event projects;

负责办公室行政工作,面向整个团队,提供强有力的后勤服务支持;

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree (desirable)

本科及以上学历

  • Excellent written and spoken English (essential)

卓越的英文语言表达及写作能力

  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experiences;

要求2-3年相关工作经验

  • Passion for market research and good client facing skills

对市场调研工作有热情和积极性;良好的客户沟通技巧

  • Self-motivated, with a flexible and entrepreneurial style of working

较强的责任心和事业心,具备一定的逻辑分析、计划执行与应变能力

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
