Discover New Dining Experience

In order to deliver the highest possible service and stay experience to our value guests, our owners continuously invest in their property and our Hotel.

The “Rediscovered” event, was an opportunity to hold hotel tours and proudly showcase our hotel dining experiences, including its latest addition – Tang Palace Cantonese Cuisine, which provides a variety of high-quality Hong Kong-style cuisine. With its 13 private rooms and dining hall, Tang Palace brings a blend of traditional cuisine with a modern touch to all our customers. Our unique Southeast Asian inspired Makan Kitchen – which occupies the atrium located on the hotel’s second level, adjacent to the One East Grill Restaurant with its warm and cozy atmosphere filled with a sense of nostalgia round out the fantastic and varied dining experiences to be found at Hilton Beijing.

Discover “Diplomat’s Mansion”- New guest rooms and suites

The new “Diplomats Mansion” style of the guest rooms offers a subtle blend of traditional charm with modern amenities, from the brick pattern carpet suggestive of the ancient hutongs and the marble tiles that pave the entrance-hall, indicative of red walled courtyards. By using historical references, the ancient and modern Chinese are integrated beautifully. Hints and suggestions throughout harken back to a more gilded age in China and to historic old Beijing.

The new rooms include Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Plus Rooms, Junior Suites, Deluxe Suites and Premier Suites. Open-style wardrobes combined with luggage counters as well as the mini bar create additional space for each guest room. Characteristic Chinese red walls are widely used giving each guest room an iconic feature, the bed was inspired by a Chinese-style, using a special method to transfer printing from leather to wooden surfaces adding a mix of textures. Lighting once again reiterates the concept of the “Diplomat’s Mansion” and uses features of an Oriental aesthetic to enhance the ambience. Creative and multiuse round desks have been used to satisfy the needs of reading, leisure and dining, and the stunning bathrooms were inspired by traditional moon doors commonly seen in Beijing gardens. We have achieved our aim to bring every guest the opportunity to feel like a visitor to a “Diplomat’s Mansion”.

A ballet performance was enjoyed by those touring the suites to enhance the experience and visual presentation of our stunning new guest rooms reminiscent of the past but with an eye to the future, and unexpected gift vouchers for complimentary treats were presented by the ballerina as they toured.

“Rediscovered” Party

As the twilight merged into darkness, all our guests gathered at our rooftop garden – The Terrace to discover more of the Hilton Beijing’s hospitality. A passionate dance by hotel staff with a flash mob kicked off the official opening to our “Rediscovered” Party, followed by further professional fusion dances and a magician where the magician included a trick to send more surprise gift vouchers to the audience creating much merriment for the spectators and participants.

A hugely successful night, Hilton Beijing wants to sincerely show its appreciation to our distinguished guests, visitors and fans who joined us to celebrate this remarkable 25-year achievement.

Stefan Schmid, General Manager of the Hotel, said: “This year we are not only celebrating the 25th anniversary of Hilton Beijing, but also the 100th Anniversary of Hilton. With all the new facilities, we have given our guests, partners, owners and our team, a precious gift to celebrate. May the Hilton spirit last forever and may every guest here leave a memorable footprint behind with us. “
