Venture Education is a Beijing-based consultancy that empowers UK education in China through research, projects and consultancy. Our team is a mixture of former teachers, university lecturers, education professionals, research analysts and project leaders from the UK and China. We work on projects dealing in a wide variety of areas, such EdTech, UK-China higher education, governmental policy, business development, marketing and product development. Our clients include the Department for International Trade, UCAS and Tes. We also collaborate with the British Chamber of Commerce in China to deliver a range of high-profile events that encourage UK-China collaboration.
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and driven interns to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop professional skills with a group of positive, energetic and creative individuals who care about what they do.
Job responsibilities
- Undertake research on education related policies and regulations
- Compile data from a wide range of different sources
- Work with our research and leadership teams to analyse data and write reports
- Produce daily posts on our LinkedIn and WeChat accounts
Position requirements
- Writing – ability to summarise complex ideas and present them in a concise, accessible way
- Data and information analysis – identify trends and connections and present findings clearly and accurately through graphics and writing
- Communication – ability to effectively communicate with other team members to ensure projects are carried out efficiently and to an appropriate standard
- Work ethics – willingness to learn, proactivity in projects and meetings and commitment to produce work at a high standard under tight deadlines

- Salary: 150 RMB/day (lunch provided)

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- At least three months commitment
