岗位职责（业务需求）：
框架/流程体系工作
1. 按照国内质量体系，负责或者参与搭建国内 SAS 体系的建立和维护（包括装配、调试、服务、维修以及过程中与总部的技术讨论和调测记录等 SOP），并输出相应的文档；
2. 技术文档撰写并形成本地的 WI (遵循总部的技术框架）
3. 创建并管理国内的元器件、备件等部件的库存工作；
4. 设备在部件采购、装配、调试、维修等环节的项目管理（项目进展追踪、资源协调分配、 与总部的沟通），主动将注册过程中需要配合整改、型检、动物实验、临床试验等环节的 SAS 工作进行拆解，提前规划 SAS 的整体安排；
5. 日常工作遵循医疗器械行业的质量管理体系执行工作：
1. 协助完成设备型检整改以及性能测试；
2. 支持设备的组装、调试等支持工作；
3. 支持设备的临床试验和演示等工作
4. 现场技术支持及日志记录；
5..Q&A 收集和整理；
6.库存管理
工作地点：常驻上海，出差北京、广州、海南及英国
任职要求
1. 学历要求：
硕士及以上，生物医学工程专业，电子相关专业为加分项；
2. 经验&能力要求：
有 1-2 年的装配、调试、维修阶段实操+管理经验
项目管理能力（通过在项目中承担过项目管理协调的职能） 软性素质好（框架性思考能力、灵活的沟通能力）
团队协作能力强；
3. 可以接受相对频繁和长期的出差；
4. 有上海本地户口语言要求：
英文听说读写 （能够充分的使用英文与总部工程师完成项目的合作、需求提出与对接、工作整体规划的讨论与 negotiation）
Job description
You will be part of a team handling the establishment and maintenance of the domestic SAS system (including assembly, commissioning, service, maintenance, technical discussions with our HQ, commissioning records and other SOPs), as well as producing corresponding documents.
• Project management (including progress tracking, resource coordination and allocation, procurement, etc)
• Assist to complete equipment type inspections and performance tests
• Support equipment assembly, debugging and other support work
• Support the clinical trial and demonstration of the device
• Onsite technical support and log recording
• Collection and organisation of Q&A, technical documentation and formation of local WI (following HQ technical framework)
• Inventory management – domestic components, spare parts etc.
Requirements
• Master’s degree or higher – biomedical engineering, electronics or related subjects are preferred
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in assembly, commissioning and maintenance
• Skilled in project management, teamwork, communication
• Willing to accept frequent business travel
Location
• Shanghai-based
• Business trips to Beijing, Guangzhou, Hainan and the UK
