“誓愿”成立于2015年，是中英商贸圈一个关注女性领导力发展的项目。它宣扬性别平等、当代女性领导力的重要性，旨在联结中英两国间更密切的商贸交流。The forum also provides a broader channel and stronger network for business success for Chinese female leaders to achieve a better position for advocating female leadership and gender equality.

Learning Scheme 学习计划
VOWers will be divided into different groups and attend VOW patron companies’ leadership immersion programmes for 1 – 1.5 days. Taking VOW patron companies as examples/ cases, mentors will share the experience and knowledge of how female leadership will support companies achieve business success. VOW mentors will assign group missions. Details of missions and evaluation criteria will be designed by VOW patron companies, and the results will decided by VOW mentors. (Majority of VOW patron companies are based in Shanghai)
选手们将组成一个选手小组跟随每一位导师进行一天至一天半的近距离学习，以导师所在公司作为案例，如何利用好女性领导力取得商业成功。誓愿导师将为小组布置任务。任务具体内容以及评判标准由主办方策划，由导师最终确定。（大部分誓愿导师公司在上海）
