After the 1st edition seminar on SAFE regulations P&P now part of Hawksford, Bank of Shanghai and Banco Santander, would like to move forward and present the 2nd seminar of the year on funding alternatives in China for foreign entities where we will discuss how to assess financial needs and how to cover them through different financing options from re-capitalization, to bank loans, intercompany loans and cash pooling.

As China is increasingly becoming a key player in the global economy this seminar will provide a better understanding of the company’s financial exposure and coverage, and how planning ahead can help your business improve cash flow cycles, and find banking or non-banking solutions for your company’s financial needs. There will be open dialogue and further discussion during the Networking Coffee time.
