To build a high-level communication platform for Fortune 500 enterprises and local business as well as to match make with national-level development zones and border development and cooperation zones, the event will be co-hosted by CIPA and the Collaborative Development Association of National-level Development Zones Along Yangtze River Economic Belt (NDZAYR), inviting senior experts to interpret the latest investment policies and industrial development trend, share experience and to discuss on topics of foreign investment parties’ concerning.

The Collaborative Development Association of National-level Development Zones Along Yangtze River Economic Belt (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) was founded in Beijing on January 10, 2017.

The Association follows the guidance of Department of Foreign Investment Administration of the Ministry of Commerce and is co-founded by the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce (CIPA), 11 local commercial department along the Yangtze River Economic Belt and selected national-level development zones, with other national level development zones along the Yangtze River Economic Belt, national-level border development and cooperation zones, provincial development zones and relevant enterprises being willing participants.

In the initial stage, the secretariat is held by CIPA and the chairman (2017-2018) is held by Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park, with China Citic Group and 10 national-level economic development zones being its vice chairman and 20 national level economic development zones being its director members.

The association is guided by the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing and aims at establishing a regional cooperation platform for the development zones at all levels to upgrade the industrial structure and improve the competitiveness.
