Rachel grew up in Hong Kong and moved to Beijing in 2008. Prior to joining the British Chamber of Commerce in China in 2019, Rachel spent two years working in retail marketing for a premium commercial property in Beijing, and did a number of internships in large MNCs in Hong Kong. Rachel holds a Bachelor degree from London School of Economics and Political Science.
